From a kitchen-table parts catalog to the gear on the gate.
Fox began in 1974 as Moto-X Fox, a small motocross parts business Geoff Fox — a physics PhD — started with his wife, Josie, in California. Three years later Geoff put his own team on the track in bright, handmade race gear, and fans wanted that gear more than anything else he sold.
That team turned Fox into a gear company. It’s based in Irvine, California, and has dressed generations of motocross champions while building out a full line of helmets, boots and riding apparel.
