• Craftsmanship meets premium metallurgy in our highest-performing rotor to date. The EBC Brakes Racing 2-Piece Fully Floating Rotor is a genuine, track-proven upgrade engineered for both high-performance road and race vehicles. Unlike basic "bolt-up" two-piece units, this authentic fully floating system features innovative stainless steel SD-Drive? bobbins and handed 48-curved vanes to eliminate thermal distortion, slash operating temperatures, and deliver relentless stopping power under the harshest braking conditions.
• Upgrading to an EBC 2-piece disc will shave crucial kilogrammes off a vehicles un-sprung rotational mass, leading to sharper turn in, improved tyre road holding, better fuel economy and an increase to BHP at the wheels. Best of all, when the cast iron friction ring becomes worn after a period of use, the outer ring alone can be replaced, allowing the centre hub and stainless bobbins to be re-used, reducing long term running costs.
• Fully floating 2-piece rotor allows outer ring to expand freely in response to heat, reducing stress, extending rotor life and reducing rotor cracking during extreme use.
• Race-grade G3500 high-carbon, high-copper alloy provides exceptional heat management and durability.
• Directional 48-curved vane design maximises cooling efficiency and promotes even brake temperatures.
• Anti-rattle spring clips eliminate unwanted noise while maintaining smooth rotor performance.
• Stainless steel SD-Drive? bobbins resist corrosion and ensure consistent floating operation.
• Lightweight construction contributes to improved handling and reduced unsprung mass.
